CHURCH MINISTRIES

 

· LIFE CHANGING BIBLE STUDY:  We have Bible Study for all ages from infants to Senior Adults.  Come and join us for a great time of fellowship and looking to God’s Word to find out how we can better serve Him.  Every Sunday at 9:30 am.

· SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP: We have a wonderful worship opportunity for you to experience worship with us.  Our music ministry brings spirit filled praise and worship and our pastor preaches from God’s word.  We hope you will find your place with us every Sunday morning at 10:45 am.

· SUNDAY EVENING WORSHIP: Our evening worship service begins at 6:00 pm.  Our  pastor shares with us from the Word of God.  Sunday evenings are a great time of fellowship and worship and to become a part of our church family.

· WEDNESDAY NIGHTS: The Youth Strong Tower, Children’s Choir and Preschool classes are available at 6:15 pm for children and youth, babies through 12th grade.   Adults meet for a time of Bible study and prayer at 6:30 pm.

· CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Every Thursday evening we meet to help those with any hurts, habits or hang-ups.  We have dinner at 6 pm followed by a large group that features praise and worship and a testimony or teaching.  After that we have small group share time where you can feel safe to open up and discuss your life.  The evening ends with the “Holy Grounds” coffee shop featuring fellowship and great coffee and snacks.  At CR anonymity and confidentiality are important so that there is a safe environment.  CR is a Christian based 12 step program that focuses on helping people experience true recovery. 

· ADULT MINISTRY:  We have fellowships and get-togethers available throughout the year.  Our Senior Adults (KEENagers) have meetings and activities.  Our Ladies have monthly events and Bible Studies as well as retreats and “get-a-ways.”

· PRESCHOOL & CHILDREN’S MINISTRY: In addition to Sunday School and Children’s Choir our Bible Skills, Drills and Thrills combines fun activities with solid Bible teaching and scripture memory.  Each year, we conduct a Vacation Bible School to reach out to the children from our church and the surrounding community.  Our children who have completed 3rd through 5th grade attend camp at Green Country Camp at Disney, OK each summer.

· YOUTH MINISTRY: FBC has a program for students in 6th through 12th grades.  Our Youth Strong Tower Wednesdays at 6:15 pm is an awesome worship and learning time.  Numerous activities are available throughout the year, which include opportunities for students to learn how to be teachers, ministers and leaders as well as camps for Junior High and High School each summer.

· WEE UNIVERSITY:  A Christian preschool program dedicated to making early childhood education a positive learning experience for children ages one through four. WEE U meets each Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm during the school year.

· VAN MINISTRY:  We have two vans that pick up people for church for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services.  This is a way many children and youth get to come to church.  They usually run one hour before activities begin and then take everyone home following.  If you or someone you know needs a ride to church call the office at 476-5311.
