“Equal sacrifice, not equal gifts”- This concept is key to our efforts.  Not everyone will give the same amount or in the same manner.  The Lord of the Harvest will meet us as individuals and use our offerings and commitment to build His Kingdom.  Our part is to be sensitive to His Holy Spirit as we seek to obey.

We expect Him to call us to…

 

· Give a cash gift.  Ask God for creative ways to give.  Consider sharing income from savings, tax refunds, deferred purchases or trips, proceeds from garage sales, wages from a part-time job, etc. Seek ideas from your family members, and allow the Creator God to place creative ideas in your hearts and minds. Bring your cash gifts on Sunday, April 13^th.

· Make a 36 month pledge.  By spreading your giving over 3 years, you will be able to give far more than you may realize.  Faithful obedience over the long haul will guarantee the success of the plan God has provided.  You can make your pledge on Sunday, April 13^th.

· Give a gift of assets.  Be open to God’s leadership.  He may desire your sacrifice of real estate, stocks, bonds, coins, vehicles, or other tangible objects as you plan your giving.

Make the church a beneficiary of your will.  Without jeopardizing the future of your heirs, you can plan to give to God’s work through our church even after you have been called home.
